Psalm 29:1-10 speaks of the glory and strength of the Lord, also the power of the voice of the Lord. V11 concludes the chapter with: “The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.”
Psalm 59:16-17 But I will sing of Your strength, in the morning I will sing of Your love; for You are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. O my Strength, I sing praise to You; You, O God, are my fortress, my loving God.
Psalm 89:8 O Lord God Almighty, who is like You? You are mighty, O Lord, and Your faithfulness surrounds You.
Psalm 119:7 I will praise You with an upright heart as I learn Your righteous laws.
Psalm 119:18 Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in Your law.
Psalm 119:24 Your statutes are my delight, they are my counselors.
Psalm 119:34-40 Give me understanding, and I will keep Your law and obey it with all my heart. Direct me in the path of Your commands, for there I find delight. Turn my heart toward Your statutes and not toward selfish gain. Turn my eyes away from worthless things; preserve my life according to Your Word. Fulfill Your promise to Your servant, so that You may be feared. Take away the disgrace I dread, for Your laws are good. How I long for Your precepts, preserve me life in Your righteousness.
Psalm 119:71-72 It was good for me to be afflicted, so that I might learn Your decrees. The law from Your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.
Psalm 119:73 Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn Your commands.
Psalm 119:130 The unfolding of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.
Psalm 119:133 Direct my footsteps according to Your Word; let no sin rule over me.
Psalm 119:165 Great peace have they who love Your law and nothing can make them stumble.
