Yesterday, Zach and I read Psalms 28, 48, and 23 together. He read almost all of them to me with help on new and long words! I am so proud of my little man!
Psalm 29 describes how powerful and majestic is the voice of the Lord and verse 11 comes down and focuses on: The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.
Psalm 49 speaks of the fact that all men will die, whether rich or poor or wise or foolish. Also, you cannot take wealth with you to the grave.
Psalm 49:15 But God will redeem my life from the grave; He will surely take me to Himself.
Psalm 49:20 A man who has riches without understanding is like the beasts that perish.
Psalm 69:30-31 I will praise God’s name in song and glorify Him with thanksgiving. This will please the lord more than an ox, more than a bull with its horns and hoofs.
Psalm 69:32 The poor will see and be glad – you who seek God, may your hearts live!
Psalm 69:33 The Lord hears the needy and does not despise His captive people.
Psalm 89:2 I will declare that Your love stands firm forever, that You established Your faithfulness in heaven itself.
